COMPETITIVE RPG

Test your player skills in a competitive role-playing game tournament. Teams of adventurers will clash in high-tension scenarios, where strategy, role-playing and teamwork will make all the difference.

Three different adventures will be offered during the Spoleto Fantasy Play weekend. Choose your role, gather your courage and get ready for a unique experience: the adventure awaits you.

Juditium - THE PIT!

"Juditium - The Pit" is a competitive, fast and ruthless role-playing game format that blends RPG tactics with the pure tension of battle royale. Players are thrown into a constantly shifting arena that shrinks over time, forcing them to clash until their last breath. You start naked, unarmed and weak: no class, no build, no advantage. Everyone on equal footing. The best one wins.

The winner is who decides best, moves first and strikes without hesitation. Players must navigate through roaming monsters and traps, racing to be the first to open the magic chests that appear randomly in the arena. It's up to them to decide whether to forge fleeting alliances or move fast as lone wolves. You have 90 minutes. In the end, only one thing counts: whoever collects the most soul tokens will become the arena champion.

BOSSRUSH

This activity is a timed "boss rush" style challenge for D&D 5e, designed to test strategy, cool-headedness and a pinch of role-playing. Teams (of 2 to 4 players) face an escalating series of increasingly demanding bosses, with pre-made intermediate level characters and balancing that adapts to the group composition.

Each encounter is preceded by a brief preparation phase: clues about the threat, tactical choices, limited resources. Then comes the heart of the event: the arena, special mechanics and a reduced number of rounds — here it's not enough to "win", you need to do it well.

Points earned determine the day's leaderboard. In the end, the two best groups play it all out in a final against a special Boss, different each day, to determine the winning team.

Yes, MORK LORD

This competitive RPG is born from the union of the narrative board game "Yes, Dark Lord" and the role-playing game "MORK BORG". Players will portray Goblin servants subjugated to the Dark Lord, who stand before His Most Illustrious Darkness for a debriefing after yet another suicidal mission — except this time the quest miraculously succeeded.

However, only one of them will receive the Dark Lord's (dungeon master's) praise, perhaps even a pat on the back, and for this reason they must compete by recounting their colourful exploits to capture the sweet malevolence of the prince of darkness.

Contest - "MasterPiece 2026"

Masterpiece is a competition dedicated to Dungeon Masters who want to challenge themselves in writing short adventures for D&D 5.0. Participants must submit a one-shot of maximum 2 hours of play, designed to be intense, engaging and easily playable in event format.

Adventures will be evaluated by a jury through a structured scoring grid, designed to reward creativity, pacing, fun and the ability to leave a mark at the table.

The best adventure will be declared the winner and the winning dungeon master will be able to present it with a live session directly during the festival days.

Live RPG – Big Score at Spao Lithos

Prepare to cross the borders of the Duchy and take part in a feat worthy of the most epic chronicles.The experience combines role-playing with a final escape room-style challenge, unfolding across several locations scattered around the starting point. Each stop conceals trials, riddles and fragments of truth.

The mission

The Duke of Spao Lithos has been kidnapped, and an unsettling shadow now falls over his fate. His most trusted advisors are kept under close watch and confined within an abbey, isolated from the rest of the world. Every escape route seems broken, every ally silenced. Yet, at great risk, a call for help managed to get out.Your task is to answer this call for help and reach the abbey, where the counsellors wait in hope for the arrival of adventurers ready to support them.Your task will be to explore, investigate and put your ingenuity and team spirit to the test. Only by reaching the indicated locations and overcoming the challenges will you be able to gather the clues needed to face the final enigma and complete the mission.
